Have you:
a) located the driver installation file on the disc ;
b) double-clicked on it to run it ; and
c) restarted your computer?

Go to 'Computer'.
Double-click the icon for for your disc drive.
Look for the driver installation file. (You might need to go into a folder or two to find it).
Double-click on it.
Restart your laptop.
