Women Playing Football
Do you like watching it? Dr Johnson said, "Sir, a woman's preaching is like a dog's walking on his hind legs. It is not done well; but you are surprised to find it done at all!"
Could this apply to football?
Don't please get me wrong, I think there are lots of sports women are good at & a pleasure to watch, golf, swimming, athletics.
It's probably me, but I fail to get excited about it.

1. The Dr Johnson quote is verging on misogyny.
2. It was clumsily welded onto the OP by yourself in some sort of obtuse effort to reinforce your odd (to say the least) view of women footballers.
3. As far as other people finding your OP strange, you must have missed the comments (some of which came very early on in the thread) by hazlinny, schippiegalette, sciencenoob, Gromit, Barmaid……I could go on.

I think that it is possible to find a quote or YouTube video to support any view that you have on any subject. That just means that there are many strange theories out there in the world and lots of strange theorists.
Football - do you have any daughters Khandro? If so would you not wish for them to have the ability to achieve anything that they want in life - just the same as any male sibling?
Women aren't forced into playing sports like football, boxing, rugby etc - they do it because they want to. Or should it only be males that play sports or do certain jobs?
I thought that we had resolved all this sexism decades ago.
