Are You A "so Flake"?

So, are you one of those people who starts every sentence with the word "So"? Even worse: Like, so some people do don't dee? Where have the
"So flakes" come from?

At this moment in time, going forward, up and down the country, I turned around like, and basically said what I had always said. But they turned around and said actually, like, we have our own thoughts like, and if you turn around and say we are actually and basically going to go forward and in time, basically drill down to what makes us what we are, and I turn around and say that nothing is actually or basically of any consequence, or on the other hand, not :-)
