Is It Snowing Yet Where You Are?

Slightly miffed as I cancelled an event tonight as this huge band of snow was supposed to be crossing from West to East of central UK reaching East Midlands 7pm. Where is it? Not a flake in sight!

Has it got to you yet and where do you live?

W had a gritter/plough but it's snowed over it.

The forecast was right for us for today, by all accounts it will rain heavily on Sunday/Monday. As long as it washes all this snow away and doesn't freeze over I don't mind.

Hi Ann...left Kettering early because the snow arrived.....really icy and had to get back to Rothwell. Have discovered, after not going out for a week that I live in the snowiest, iciest road in Rothwell. Life has been going on around me while I've been snowed in.

We waited nearly 2 weeks for the road to be gritted, they came this morning, it looked like a beach they put so much on just to shut us up (we had all been complaining to the council) ..... typical, its now raining!

Yes Ann I did hear the next lot would be in Essex this evening but its not in this part of Essex (Southend) yet.

It Is bleaching down here in the North East,just let my little dog out for the night and she has come in as a little snow dog must go and towel her down poor thing.

Lol gness we live in one of the snowiest iciest streets in our town. There used to be days when I couldn't get into work, only to find that once you managed to get down the streets to the main road there was hardly any snow.
