There is not doubt Tommy is a political prisoner.
The support he is getting cant be ignored.
Now it is protests, next it will be violence.
People have reached breaking point.
Do you agree?

Calm down Andy, I was having a Giraffe.
I agree with an awful lot of what Tommy says, and I don't regard him as a thug. I do, however, take exception to someone who defies the law of the land and expects special treatment. He has again weakened his moral argument by defying the very laws of this country which he claims to be upholding. It makes me sad to see that he's been given a seemingly harsh sentence, but there is no evidence that he learnt his lesson first time around, or that he in any way regrets breaking the law. He is no suffragette or freedom fighter- but a member of the public who seems to speak the truth as he sees it. He is a lesser person for showing such disrespect for the law, as all he has done is give his detractors more ammunition, sadly.
There was an exchange yesterday about doing research... I'll wager very few have bothered to research Tommy Robinson at all, I doubt many even care if he is what they portray him to be or not.

I have looked in to Tommy Robinson (Mainly because of many threads Mikey) I have found nothing that says he is racist. I have found plenty of evidence he was targeted and harassed by the police.
Well put HH.
Likening Tommy to Nelson Mandela is an insult to them both!
Both described as political prisoners= Likening, no insult meant. OK!. Hazi,
Some support for Tommy this one from a Muslim radio presenter:

AOG - Goodness - a Muslim who supports 'Tommy Robinson'!

It does remind me of Doctor Johnson's observation about women preachers -

"It brings to mind a dog walking on its hind legs, it is not that it is not done well, rather that one is surprised to see it done at all."
It appears that it will only take one YouTube link, so as you can see that was not the Muslim link.

This was the one:

Anne Marie Waters is *not* a Muslim radio presenter.......
OK.....cross-posted....
He speaks a lot of sense.
Don't know if Tom can get answerbank in nick, but I bet he's well chuffed with this lot. 112 answers.
AOG, you couldn't be more wrong.
/// Anne Marie Waters (born 24 August 1977) is a far-right politician in the United Kingdom. She is the founder and leader of the anti-Islam party For Britain. She is also the director of Sharia Watch UK, an organisation which was launched in April 2014.[9] In January 2016, Waters launched Pegida UK in conjunction with activist Tommy Robinson and far-right politician Paul Weston ///

Who else donated to Maajid's battle with the
Southern Poverty Law Center?

Well researched.
I bet the people gloating about Tommy Robinson on here were demanding the imprisonment of Nick Griffin 12yrs ago.
His crime- claiming there were Muslim grooming gangs operating in this country.
Any one know the outcome of the trial?
Have reporting restrictions been lifted?
Have there been reporting restrictions imposed on all the other child grooming cases before?
Reporting restrictions have not been lifted and won't be until the next bunch are dealt with.
I am very disappointed. I opened a new packet of Cornflakes this morning and searched for the Free Tommy, but alas in vain. Do you think I could get my money back?
