I don't have a clue why I am awake at this ungodly hour and I will no doubt suffer for this as the day wears on. :-(

On a brighter note I have made a massive batch of Rocky Road. :-)

alright....i've been up since two! i had minor surgery on my left arm yesterday and just had to get up and put a proper dressing on it (it was done by a dr who plainly has no clue how to do it properly! it was cutting off the circulation of my arm for one thing....and she stuck an extra load of rubbish in there that was just useless......but i'm ok. i also found out this morning i got a 66 for my last essay (i did it in one day - 3500 words) and was convinced i was going to fail....so that has put a smile on my face too. what are you up to today? x

hi alba! (and beejay). have missed you in the mornings....wbm: i honestly thought i failed as it was crap. but, the marker obviously thought different (or had a bump to the head shortly before marking!). and other good news too....mr kicker passed his dissertation with 69....and now has an msc with distinction! i'm so proud (although miffed he is now the most qualified person in the house!). he has also applied to do a phd.....i think he is a sucker for punishment! x
