Good morning all and happy Christmas Day. May you all be full of festive cheer.

I fell asleep in front of the TV last night and so OH decided to eat all the crispy duck and pancakes to himself. I hope the selfish sod has indigestion all day.

Morning all and Happy Christmas - late to the pass as it was gone midnight before I got back here and to bed. Tell me, is it someone's birthday today...for the love of money, who could it be?

It's just hubby and daughter but we are doing the whole turkey lunch things, presents afterwards then games! I've done my daughter a stocking which she won't be expecting. I've put it outside her bedroom door this morning so just waiting for her to trip over it when she comes out :-)

down to my sisters overlooking the Fal - she makes a mean Christmas lunch - then there's the cake, (well suffice to say she use to make them for Harrods way back).....lots of syringing in of the wet stuff. Wine - well something different as I have gone for bulk, 2 friends on their way down to add to numbers, so a Taymente Malbec, which is a lovely deep and smooth Argie number and came in at 13 a bottle for 6 of them.

Happy Christmas morning everyone. What a picture it is outside, with bright sun on a proper Christmas frost.

We are breakfasting but lightly ahead of a full lunch and probably way to much else to eat later when we visit family. Just a few of us adults getting together from lunchtime. Mr M is designated driver bless him!
