how table salt in water makes a solution that can conduct electricity?

The conductivity goes up the more you put in

Electric current is a flow of charge. When sodium chloride is dissolved in water free ions of Na+ and Cl- are formed. If two wires are immersed in the NaCl solution and then connected to a battery, Na+ ions will flow towards the cathode (negative terminal) and Cl- ions will flow towards the anode (positive terminal). This flow of ions is an electric current.
sorry I thought that was how much....

It is because the NaCl salt is crystalline
and the is made up of charged atoms

when it dissolves these float around in the water

and as theyare charged they can conduct electriticity

and so the solution in whcih they are, also conducts electriticity.
