Have just seen my name as a runner up in The Express Skeleton crossword. A 25 prize. Am overjoyed as I have been doing this for well over 20 years with no luck.

Thank you for all your congratulations. Hope you will all be celebrating a win soon.
Congratulations from me too, it's no mean feat getting picked out!
congratulations, I' ve also have doing it for 20 years but never managed to finish one yet
Congratulations! Just to encourage people to keep trying - we have been doing the Sunday Express GK & Skeleton Crosswords for over 30 years without success but we won 1000 on The Big Monday Crossword TWICE within 18 months!!
Congratulations, I hope you've more success than me. I've been waiting almost a year for my 25 despite several phone calls and a letter to the editor.
Congratulations!

Why do they not publish the winner of the quick crossword (the one under the Skeleton) - that's what bugs me...has anyone ever got the prize for that one??
Question Author
Pichichi, the winners of the crossword under the Skeleton are included in the Crusader winners list in the Express on a Saturday. I think that the winner should be put in the Sunday Express. There is never a winner published for the Sportsword either.
wow well done....well done indeed!
that works out at about 1.5p per week innit?
do people really still buy the Sunday Express - I thought it went out with the dinosaurs - clearly some people will do anyhthing for money - even read the Sunday Express for more than twenty years - ah such is life !
Everyting comes to those who wait!!! Well done.........
just a footnote to yogasun - don't delude yourself - REAL people DO NOT either read or buy The Sunday Express
