Madame regrets that she will not able to attend tonight's meeting. She has had to dash off to her Mum's as she has had a bit of an accident, and is needed there, she may be back later in the evening depending on how things go.
The Towers are still available to those who wish to convene a meeting of the MOFC but they will have to take "pot luck" I do have a couple of pitchers of Margaritas on ice and I'm sure our mixologist will be around to mix up more.
All of our usual facilities are available for members, I have sent Frank to turn on the hot bubbly thing on the north Tower and I think the elastic band thing is working too.
If Madame isn't able to return to the Towers before close of the festivities, our members are invited to turn off the lights and put the key under the door mat, I shall be in my bed by then (I hope)
Thank you
Igor
Good night DT, just had a thought about your trip up here, need to ponder it for a while. Quick question, how would you feel about being the only chap at a meeting of the Ladies section of the AB McMafia? Please feel free to say no if you feel it's might be a bit daunting. A horde of women out on the ran dan can be a little scary, (especially Scotswomen....)
I've had some lovely chats recently in the waiting room at our Doctors surgery (I'm there twice a week for dressing changes) Great places to chat!
I'm on first name terms with the receptionists at our practice!
Mmmm, my thoughts exactly Lady J. Notwithstanding the fact that I have still to settle a date for the whole shebang. From what he's told me DT will be staying locally to where Queenie and I live, I was astonished whne I first came into the Mad over Fifties that he knew where I lived and was very familiar with this area. He is certainly well travelled
Mr Zacs, I do not believe I like your tone. These are delightful ladies, this is a high class joint! None of your Grab a Granny if you please. (you may refer to those blessed with grandchildren as Grandmothers if you must but please refrain from referring to them as Grannies) Thank you
