Welcome again to all our members, old and older, mad and madder.

No doubt the usual delectable nibbles and drinks will appear shortly.

Tonight's raffle prizes so far include:

A packet of Spangles

4 bath cubes (lavender, of course)

A tin of Uncle Joe's Mintballs (don't tell him)

I hear the honk of pink footed (or should that be feeted?) geese - my carriage approaches - can I have that bucket to go please oh wise puss?
Daisy can I drop you anywhere, give your broom a night off? I just have to go unmuzzle the croc and then I'll be off. In case it might seem that my departure is a tad on the hasty side, may I reassure everyone present that it was not I who ate the rabbit ragout - how could I? I'd never be able to watch Bugs Bunny ever again with a clear conscience. So until Saturday sennight I shall bid you all a goodnight .....................
Goodnight all who are off, a quick mop round and maybe a staff perk?? Finishing the dregs.
Certainly Miss nungate, I have placed a lid on your bucket with a hole for a straw. Good night, Miss - safe journey home :-)
A capital idea Matron, though perhaps we should check on the stock in the cellar before disposing of the dregs?
Good thinking, on the pretext of dusting off those bottles?
"Pretext", Matron? I fear it IS very dusty down there & may require several bottles of attention.
Hours. Hours of attention.
Our work is never done, sigh.
It is a heavy burden we carry.
Thankyou nungate but I need to feel the wind in my hair.My broom is somewhat sensitive, I would not like to embarrass him by accepting your kind offer. What would our cat think?
Oh Daisy so sorry thought you had left - let me open the snicket in the portcullis for you, wind in your hair - how romantic
Doors now closed (well staff lock in) same time next week , goodnight and safe journeys.
