The Club is now Open.

Good evening everyone and welcome once again to our club.

There will be a raffle tonight as usual, so any donations will be gratefully received.
So far we have:

3 bath cubes
a pair of bedsocks (hand knitted)
a tin of Zubes
and half a clothes rope

We are privileged this evening to be welcoming a guest speaker whose talk is entitled:

“Garden Gnomes, what do they do with all the fish ?”

Last ime I asked Mamya for help in casting off I ended up in a boat in the North Sea!

Alex.Silly! you just untie the rope from the mooring post. Pull the rope into the boat and shove the oar hard against the post and off you float on the tide. Just don't try it if the tide is already out, You would get a scraped bottom.

Mamyalynne I am afraid it is much too late for me to be getting naughty especially with my dicky ticker. If you will all forgive me leaving early I shall bid you all a fond farewell, going to daughters tomorrow to spend some time with the grandchildren so goodnight all, enjoy the rest of the night and have a safe journey home. Well, I am off to bed now with my brown paper, violet ink and angelic ice cube maker.....for tomorrow I shall have violet angel ice cubes dressed in brown paper !
