So I took myself off for 2 weeks - did I miss anything?
We booked another holiday to LV for next year - hopefully my Stepmum will be able to join us this time.
Was organising out holiday in November SM is definitely coming with us then.
Colin is going in for an operation soon so got that all booked up and aftercare sorted etc etc.
What have you all been up to?

A man collapsed outside the hotel, we heard his head bounce off the concrete from a distance!
No one seemed to be moving and his partner was screaming for help - rushed over pull my top off and carefully wrapped it round his head then with the help of husband moved him into recovery position whilst keeping his head and neck stable.
Until the ambu turned up - there was blood everywhere - luckily he was breathing but never came too whilst we were there!
had to dump everything I was wearing!

I have been mainly chasing kittens round the house. They are devils.
They pulled a bag of my floristry stuff out from under the spare bed this morning (I thought the door was closed, but obviously not). You have never seen such a mess.
But I cant stay mad for long, they are currently asleep on their cat tree with their front paws wrapped round each other. So cute.

Good to see you back, Redhelen. Good luck for Colin's op, bless him.
You did well to help that chap. Shame about the top but glad you re-acted instinctively. I bet you still had a fab time and you have another to look forward to, brilliant.
Albs, were you knitting the jumper or just didn't like the one you were wearing? ;)

Afternoon. :o)
I have spent this week playing catch-up with work after treating myself to a fortnight off.......first time in years!!
I seem to have shaken off my fear of flying but the sea-sickness isn't so easily gotten rid of. :o(
Well done on your first-aid skills. You never know, you could find yourself on one of those 'Help me find my Angel' TV programmes the Americans love so much!
