Bought a frozen pizza, went to put it into the oven instead of the freezer :-)

I did hear about someone who thought as it was a nice day she'd walk to the petrol station to fill up her car!

My daughter asked if I was using my Kindle often. Said I wasn't but would read it on a trip that day just to please her. I was driving!!

I'll often look everywhere for my mobile phone while I'm actually speaking on it. But I expect lots of people do that one.

Oops, sorry Humber, for reasons I can't imagine I haven't been back to that thread... :-). No I don't soak them just chuck 'em in once the garlic and nuts are golden and then in with the fresh spinach (which you may chop only if suitably equipped and qualified).

My MIL brought her alarm clock downstairs one morning and replaced the battery. That evening she took two milk bottles to bed and placed them on her bedside table and placed the alarm clock on the doorstep. The neighbours were not best pleased when off at 6 o'clock next morning. She of course slept throught it.

My H helped me put the shopping away last week & put the box of 'Mars Bars' away in the cupboard. Later on in the evening I went to the cupboard to get something and noticed a trail of brown sticky stuff dropping from shelf to shelf to floor, Yukk! It so happened they were 'Mars Ice Cream bars' & H had failed to see "IceCream written on the box... DOH!!
