Pass me that Crunchie......
Dark chocolate, no doubt, not the creamy milky stuff!!

I love dark chocolate, but it hasn't made me slim!! :o(
Argh! No! I struggle to keep weight on. Does this mean I have to give up on chocolate???
Notice this comment comes out at Easter time - so we'll buy more eggs maybe ??!

Maybe we`re just not eating enough of it Lottie.
And there I had this image of a svelte, thin Lottie rolling in the Norfolk haystacks, munching on her Swiss chocolate......
3-4 squares if enough for me, dont really like choccie, only celebrations in a tin.
I am not fat DT!! Just not slim either!! I was years ago but I have spread!!
And rolling in the haystacks is a thing of the past too!!! :o(

Seems it "may" be the amount and type of chocolate. Maybe Mrs O has the secret.

DT. That cake is gorgeous!
I didn't say you were fat, Lottie, we have all lost our twenties slenderness and tight buns etc.....but more experience! So rolling around in the haystack, or even the sack, should be more pleasurable, especially after a glass of red wine and a piece of chocloate........fondant for me, I think, a little tad of chilli added and a scoop of home-made vanilla ice-cream.
Rolling in a haystack with arthritic limbs and back is a bit uncomfortable DT and precludes any pleasure. The wine and stuff will do nicely though!! ;o)
Definitely dark chocolate like Lottie said.
I have anything from a 25gm bar to 60gm of 85% cocoa every day. It keeps me from eating other junk.
Its got to be true - its on BBC News site as well
