He didnt criticize, he just reiterated a known fact.
Yes, factually correct and only confirming what Buhari himself said....
Well, he was probably correct, and few would disagree with what he said.

But he was a tad cack-handed, saying it in front of Betty and the Arch Bish, especially as there was a TV camera focused upon him. Someone of his experience should have known better.
He was saying nothing that HM didn't know (she knows everything that's going on) Its a rotten country.
Maybe Cameron should chair a COBRA meeting with world leaders to establish how many snakes there are...
More to the point. Shouldn't he be soundly criticised for knowingly giving £435 million of taxpayers money to two corrupt countries which are also rife with terrorists and we were in conflict with( Afganistan) ?
Yes.
I concur with retrocop. Furthermore, and along the same lines: giving millions to India whilst they sent a probe to Mars whilst millions of their citizens live in abject poverty.
But in these austere times I'm heartened by the fact that we're all in this together.....
Whatever money has been given to Nigeria does not alter the fact that is a corrupt nation which Buhari has publicly acknowledged and has pledged to crack down on.
Christ, I had an e-mail from a President Buhari asking me to launder money. I presumed it was a con and deleted it. ;-(
Funny that Svejk, I had an email from the previous President. I thought it was goodluck...
Mikey > But he was a tad cack-handed, saying it in front of Betty and the Arch Bish, especially as there was a TV camera focused upon him.

Was Her Majesty equally cack-handed when referring to China?
It would be a good luck message only if your name was Jonathon. :-)
agchristie...(13:47)....not really, no. What she said and the Policelady agreed with her, was not really on the same scale.
Yes, Nigeria is corrupt as hell, even more bent than a banana.
As said he was merely stating a fact!
DTC....but should Dave have said it, knowing that a TV camera was just to the side of him ? The Arch Bish didn't seem to agree.
The Archbishop only referred to Buhari not being corrupt, not Nigeria itself Mikey.
agchristie.....if that is the case, then it wasn't very clever of Dave to make the statement that he did.
