Our fish and chip place closed down. It is now kebabs and pizza. Not sure what I am doing tonight.

I marinated some chicken strips in thai seasoning and coconut milk then fried them with spray oil. Had it with M&S layered broccoli, peas and sweetcorn and Veetee jasmine rice.

Feeling quite stuffed now!

I've just this moment cleaned up my deep-fat fryer and put it out on the wall. So i'll be firing up my new old-fashioned chip-pan tonight. Do you put the hob as high as it will go?(for chips)

Home-made beefburgers, oven-chips and salad for us.

Svejk - hot as you can go until the fat/oil is hot - then, from memory, you need to turn it down a bit when you put the chips on. Make sure the chips are dry!
