The Tories are Desperately pleading with "Reform UK" not to punish the Country, by splitting the right wing vote, and letting Keir Starmer get his hand on the keys to Downing St. Saying if reform had not fielded a candidate at Mid Beds and Tamworth the Tories would have clung on to the seat. Oh dear.  Tories in Tears.

Based on current polling, those right-wing nutters who want to turn us into North Korea – and so vote for Reform UK, number about 6%.

Come the general election, whether those nutters will continue to vote Reform UK, or realise it to be a wasted vote and so vote Tory, is yet to be seen.

Nevertheless, with Reform UK on the ballot paper they are sure to take some of the Tory vote.

If the Tories are worried about a split in the right wing vote letting in an undesirable party, they know what they can do. Simply don't contest any constituencies next time.
