//A vehicle travelling at 20mph would stop in time to avoid a child running out three car-lengths in front.//

//And a vehicle travelling at 5mph behind a man with a red flag will stop//

Mr Starmer suggested to Mayor Khan that his ULEZ scam might be a vote loser yet they are suggesting this. Are they really attempting to bring this country to a halt.

One asks for 10 in the hope of getting 15, or more 20s.

Of course the emphasis is all wrong. If an individual citizen can not cope with traffic travelling at 30 then it is their responsibility to only leave the house with a carer or guardian with them. It isn't the responsibility of the rest of the population to all curtail normal activity in case someone who is unable to cope with the real world does something stupid.

The speed limits do not need lowering. Instead we should have driving safely classes.

And an Archbish in a vehicle travelling at 25mph would incur a fine of over £500 and the wrath of the boss upstairs, the boss of him and his mate Mayor Khan.
