Gromit is correct though. I remember a mate of mine saying no one wants to go in front of the Yanks. Apparently the French have the same opinion. They are far too gung-ho.

On the face of it indeed odd they didn’t blame Ukraine but then they’d have had to admit that Ukrainian bombers can reach Russian territory - which honestly in any case is doubtful. Even Belgorod.
I don’ know from how far behind the lines guided munitions can hit their target. I wonder if the “guided” bit failed?
