Of course its everywhere and across all colours of the political spectrum as I have been saying for years.
It results from people being people.
Well politicians being politicians :-)
Maybe clearing out the barriers to being controlled by the EU Commision ?

It's a sad fact that Ukraine in the past has been along with Russia one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

thats impossible, more chance of finding unicorn teeth.....at best they might reduce it an insignificant amount and punish those caught...
Perhaps ending it is a bit optimistic, I should say curbing it.

Corruption is rife in every country (including the UK with Nadhim Zahawi being accused of it at the moment) it's a matter of degree.
Culturally, it's actually expected in some countries. An essential component of doing business.
