Somebody with a video camera and the mistaken notion that because he's saying something, people should listen advises -

The EU and Qatar are corrupt.

I'll be sure to tune in tomorrow, hopefully he can tell me that the sin has risen.
Or even the sun - even autocorrect knows what a waste of space people like him are.
Who is he?
Hopkirk - He's an amateur who's decided that his trenchant observations on politics need to be shared with the world.

Which translates as - an attention-seeking seeking numpty with a camera and an undeserved sense of self-importance.

They are all over YouTube.
Before I started the video, I thought he looked like the president of Hungary, or similar.
Sorry, no. Belarus.
Blimey, according to the vid, things really are getting worse.

Shoot the messenger ! - typical of tin-eared ABers bereft of ideas. Everything Jeff says is accurate, & it's all over other outlets, e.g. Le Monde;
https://www.lemonde.fr/en/international/article/2022/12/13/qatargate-sends-shockwaves-throughout-europe_6007610_4.html.

https://www.politico.eu/newsletter/brussels-playbook/qatargate-getting-serious-on-hungary-russia-sanctions-latest/

& many more

There is an enormous s`#strorm brewing.

The EU is corrupt as hell.
You need to start paying less attention to random nonsense you find on YouTube khandro.

Just because it's not from the dreaded 'msm' doesn't mean it's automatically true, interesting, or worth spending any time watching.
Jeff's 'accuracy' comes from regurgitating any average news feed and ant tabloid columnist.

He wouldn't know an original thought if it jumped up and bit him.
The EU is corrupt??????

Wow thanks Jeff, where would we be without you!!!
'Don't listen to him, he's got no hair,' to paraphrase from the Simpsons.
andy, jeff or both?
Both!

If it's behind a paywall I'm pasting in the opening couple of paragraphs;

Brexit’s critics are strangely quiet about the European parliament scandal
13 December 2022, 4:08pm

The corruption scandal embroiling the European parliament and the European Union’s institutions at the highest level is shaping up to be its biggest to date. Belgian police have arrested Eva Kaili, a vice-president of the parliament, and three others in an investigation into alleged bribes involving spectacular sums in cash, allegedly from Qatar, to influence EU officials and parliamentary voting.

‘The shockwave of ‘Qatargate’ is Le Monde’s take on a story it says threatens to ‘destabilise Europe’s institutions’. This isn’t an exaggeration: the probe ripples out to the whole progressive ecosystem surrounding the parliament. Among the suspects, according to the BBC, is former MEP Pier Antonio Panzeri, who now manages the human rights group Fight Impunity. The European parliament has scheduled an emergency debate and has already stripped Kaili of her roles, which involved relations with the Middle East.

Khandro - It's not the message I despise, it's the messenger.

I don't need some self-congratulatory YouTube twonk to tell me that the EU is a sewer of corruption.

I concluded that years ago without any input from pompous fools like 'Jeff' to tell me the obvious.
//I don't need some self-congratulatory YouTube twonk to tell me that the EU is a sewer of corruption. //

I'd be willing to bet that 'twonk' has taken the time to investigate a lot of information that's new to many of us, you included - or didn't you watch it?
Naomi - If I want information on anything, there are plenty of news outlets staffed by professional journalists with direct access to the people and facts involved.

I'll listen to them over some chancer with a video camera and a distorted perspective on his irrelevant nonsense.
You didn't watch it - and yet you pontificate on its 'distorted perspective'. How typical.
