If I were you, I’d stick to reputable sources for threads. It’s not that it came from YouTube - it’s just that ANYONE can post to the site. It doesn’t make them an authority.
If you’d linked to (say) The Spectator, then people would’ve been able to get on with a discussion on the relative merits of the points being raised

Not hard work at all. You were wrong in your assessment of Jeff Taylor, you were wrong in your judgement of his video without watching it - otherwise you might have made some comment on it's content - instead we got
"I'll listen to them over some chancer with a video camera and a distorted perspective on his irrelevant nonsense."
You were wrong that what he said is irrelevant (read all the above links) and you were wrong to say that he is a 'chancer'. He has run a successful news channel with a large following for several years.
In fact you are as wrong about Jeff Taylor as you were wrong about your unbelievable, dogged support for that despicable creature who ambushed the octogenarian, Lady Hussey.

All good, but my point was that when Khandro opened the thread it would've been better to use a reputable source. subsequently he referred to other sources, but it would've made more sense to kick off with those.
It's like trying to prove a point by linking to some unknown on Twitter.
