morning Monday, the start of the working week. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I have to go to the hospital this morning to do a blood test. A bit of a nuisance as it some distance away, but it's necessary.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 11c with rain to follow, i had hoped it might stay dry whilst i am out.

yes bag packed, food ordered for tomorrow, to go into freezer, taxi booked, and everything that i can do i have done. Friend is coming with me which is moral support.

it is very daunting and am worried that i won't manage it the way everyone expects.

yes taking phone/charger will try and keep up with the news and also try and do GMEB but if i can't then someone needs to take up the mantle.
