Why is it that so many millions of people have received their vaccinations, but there are so many new cases every day? Are most of the people with Covid unvaccinated? We are not told this.

Well, it seems that the A-Z vaccine I had isn't too much use by now, but I heard that TTT cells should be alerted to infection, so it'll have to do.
What I did learn today is that 25% (or more) of the current cases of Covid in hospital in London were admitted for another cause. This happened last time and panic was caused.
Some believable figures would be welcome - but all publicised sources have really lost credence - so far as I am concerned - and I will try to check everything.

As you have read here - omicron seems much more infectious ( contagious actually but what the hell) - and they are talking about an R of 3 or 4 - delta was 1.1

After prof's educated intervention last week - it was obvious and unsurprising that no one had changed their mind.

Once you see someone die, it is very easy to see how to prevent in yourself.

I agree with all the vaccines, and have had mine, but I find myself a bit doubtful on the official line.
AZ is about 75% effective after 6 months, but we are constantly told by ABers, that people struck down with covid now are the unvaccinated or young people.
From my immediate circle, I have seen more than a dozen people get covid after their 2nd jab, not young and not with other ailments. Perhaps I know a dozen unlucky individuals who are bucking the trend, but somehow I think not.

Nailit, you asked me on your thread to afford you the right to refuse the vaccination but since it’s closed I can’t reply there so I’ll do it here. You don’t have to ask me to afford you anything. Whether or not you take the vaccine is your choice. I would like everyone to be vaccinated for their own safety but I don’t think less of those who don’t want it.

I take a different view inasmuch as the unvaccinated are happy to declare their absolute right to refuse while having the full backing of the National Health Service, ready and willing to throw their considerable resources at them, when they succumb.

It's a damned disgrace, no pay, no play and never mind the usual cries of 'we can't just leave them to die' or similar.

It's utterly selfish and should be publicised as such.
