Says it all really,lol.
Yes - it is a smear campaign, and a clear sign that many (?) Tory MPs are unhappy with Boris & will seek to discredit him either directly or (more cowardly) by association.

Noakes should have kept her gob shut at this late stage.
11.46 from Ken is informative .
Farcical and ridiculous. She now looks a twerp for her pathetic attempt at discrediting a soft target to make the news.
// Innocent until proved guilty.
Is there any proof of this do we know?//

in the kangaroo court of AB, do we NEED proof? all we need is for Miss X or Mr Y to holler loud enough. - and the desired effect is for Miss X or Mr Y to holler afterwards without fear of ridicule untrammelled - such is Freedom of Speech

oh people are asking above the hub-bubb of outrage and offence - whether Stan can sue for libel? I think the outraged alleger is covered by witness immunity myself
others may not

which episode I can state categorically has nothing whatsoever to do with feeling womens bottoms in public
" She told Sky News, "I can remember a really prominent man - at the time the Conservative candidate for Teignbridge in Devon - smacking me on the backside about as hard as he could and going, 'oh, Romsey, you've got a lovely seat'."

She did not name him initially -the journalist put two and two together, suggested the name to her and she then agreed. Not quite the same thing.

Thanks for the additional information.

As often happens, this has been spun by the media to create a specific impression of the parties involved - and it does indicate that Ms Noakes is not seeking attention, or money, or that she is in fact 'muck raking' - a decision handed down by at least one contributor on ths thread.
I said she’s muck-raking - and in my opinion she is.
naomi - // I said she’s muck-raking - and in my opinion she is. //

Your reiteration of your view does not actually add weight to it naomi - especially in light of the information APG has offered to the debate.

It merely makes you look a little desparate to ensure that people are in no doubt about your view, even if it is clearly contradicted by the facts.
No one has offered any information that entices me to change my view. Your opinion is of no interest to me, AH.
naomi - // No one has offered any information that entices me to change my view. //

Fair enough.

// Your opinion is of no interest to me, AH. //

Deeply wounded - again!!!!
