5:00 for no reason. My alarm has been set to 5:00 AM for a long time but I’ve been to lazy to change it.

Other times go to bed about 8pm and sleep until 4am.
Crazy.
Been retired over ten years but sometimes wake up in a panic wondering what shift I'm on, and I have to fully wake up before realising I don't have to go anywhere.

Given the choice, I will lie in as long as possible.
Now we are both retired, there are usually several days when we get up when we feel like it, around 9:30 - 10:00, if we have to get up for something then it can be earlier.
Saturdays is always around 8:00 because the veg van calls and we need to be ready to go out and meet the man.
This week it's 7:00 every day because we have bedroom fitters in sorting our spare room out.
If I lived alone, I would be in a routine of bed round 4:00 a.m. and rising around noon, but the present Mrs Hughes would not stand for that!!!
