This is old "news" again recycled to give the terminally fractious and gullible something to keep them busy. You mean the fake surprise/shock/horror that Cummings would actually visit some of our Defence installations or offices during the review? This is not a left wing review, where the findings are decided before the review begins, he will, and should, visit and talk to the people who are running the show on our behalf. When it is done, and before the dust settles, perhaps we can set this cat amongst the Enaichess pigeons.

He may have just assumed the power and continues on to bluff and bluster his way through while those in nominal charge are too scared to challenge as it would mean their having to act instead of react.
