With the benefit of his father’s ‘business expertise’, Jeremy Corbyn’s son, Tommy, set up a business which has gone into liquidation with debts of £100,000 - before even being launched. Jeremy may yet, as the article suggests, come up with a cunning plan to rescue the disastrous enterprise. Nationalisation.

Well, it’s a thought. ;o)

Diddly, //Nellie May "middle of the road"??? I don't think so if you voted to leave the EU and you're about to vote Tory. //

Nellie said she voted LibDem in the past but like many others now feels that neither Labour nor the LibDems are a viable option. I think you’ll find that voters of all political hues voted to leave the EU - lots of Labourites among them.
Diddly. On what do you base what you have posted? People of left, right and middle of the road voted for Brexit. It was not based on their politics in any way. And I explained why I am voting Tory quite explicitly above. I think their policies are the best for the country at the moment. I can only remember voting Tory once or perhaps twice in the last 50 years. I have voted for Labour once and voted liberal or Libdems regularly over the years. I now don't share the LibDems proposals on several issues, especially on stopping Brexit.

Perhaps you should clarify your views in more detail instead of just making blunt statements aimed at the views of others.

nellie: "Perhaps you should clarify your views in more detail instead of just making blunt statements aimed at the views of others." - that's itchy and scratchy for you, anyone who has different views is a right winger, that is the sole tennet of their politics.
Now we have mind readers on site ;-). I don’t support Corbyn, I don’t support Johnson. I’m unsure what Nicola sturgeons next move will be. We can only hope whatever is decided is a positive for Scotland.
well he couldn't make money out of Hemp so perhaps his dad will take him on as Magic Money Tree Orchardist!
"I’m unsure what Nicola sturgeons next move will be. We can only hope whatever is decided is a positive for Scotland."

It will be - pack Westminster with SNP and squeeze as much cash as possible for Scotland whilst failing to win a majority for Independence!
the best thing Scotland could do is dump wee jimmy before she gets you out in the cold without support from England.
I agree TTT, but want to give Diddly the benefit of the doubt. I've given up on Gulliver! He is invisible as far as I am concerned.
I think diddly allied herself with gulliver early on and know she's a clone. No real debate, reason or argument just odd sound bites and insults.
I would not trust him to look after my cat , never mind my business !
I wouldn't trust him with anything at all either. I am never quite sure which "wing" I am... I have done a few different online quiz thingies... and on every one have come up bang in the middle of left/right and capitalist/socialist.
As there are basically no politicians that I actually trust... but I have always liked Boris, and think he is most likely to at least try to get what we want... that seems to be the literal only option anyway.

Definitely not, Canary, but if you're naïve enough to believe Corbyn when he says you're going to get everything for nothing, that's up to you. I won't be voting for him.
I wouldn't trust Corbyn across the road.
Same as me Pixie. I really dont have a 'wing'. I too have always liked Boris, and think the country will be best served now by the Tories at this time. My views could change. I don't like being stereotyped!
'Corbyn the gardener', should never have gone beyond his allotment & it seems his son is a chip off the old block.
i wouldnt trust him with scrubbing the toilets.
Boris could start his own business. he could call it the Lie Factory ,he is very good at manufacturing them.
right on cue!
