Of course. You can't trust opinion polls.

You can't trust back tracking John McDonnell either. Seems he sings from a different hymn book to the rest of his Scottish Labour Party members. Accused by one of Freelanced opinions.

She waits........p
The Independence thing is a ruse to wheedle more money out of Westminster even though Scotland already gets more than its fair share. If they ever do get independence the SNP will be finished.
Same as Boring Jobsworth - wait to see. Express? Not worth the paper it's printed on.
I suppose like all poll related it depends on who you ask, how many you ask and who does the asking.

This is not news.

90% of Opinion Polls since the vote have been against Independence.

This is nothing new. Sturgeon will just carry on regardless. And will lose seats at the next General Election because they are more and more irrelevant.
I have to tell you guys I get a HUGE cheque from
mEngland every month, I will take the opportunity here to say thank you .
I would like Scotland to leave... just purely because I am looking forward to AOG's threads, titled "Sexit" :-)
And a thank you from me as well anneasquith, don’t know what I would do without it,good old England,Scotland’s benefactor.
You are welcome, Anne :-). You deserve every penny for staying there :-)
//Ross McEwan, its outgoing boss, said the bank would be too big for the economy Scotland and could not rely on another taxpayer-funded bailout.//
Does this mean they might be looking for yet another bailout? If so, England are welcome to them. Doesn't matter a whit where the bank is based (apart from a loss of jobs of course) most bank on the internet these days and there will still be plenty of local banks for those who need them.

Interesting wee read here about banking history. Remember that the Bank of England was founded by a Scotsman, William Paterson. We're still far ahead of the game.

Talking of AOG, where I'd he? I hope he's well
I know pixie, I do wonder why so many English tourists visit each year. Not only that, some English people have second homes in Scotland. Baffling isn’t it ? ;*)
It is, Anne lol. A second home is understandable I guess. It does amuse me vaguely, the number of Scottish people that move to England, as obviously they prefer it.... and then pretend Scotlamd is still their favourite country:-)
Each to their own...
The problem is that the Scots aren't silly, they would have read the report the other week highlighting that they, 7% of the UK, are responsible for 50% of our deficit and thus would have deduced that they'll be boracic if they leave the UK. They also would have worked out that they'll not get into the EUSSR and achieve different dependence. However all is not lost, give the UK as a whole the vote and wee Jimmy will achieve her dream.
