I fear that's a task beyond the combined efforts of the CIA, MI5 and NASA!
Be interesting to hear mr Khans take on this

I don't think there's anything particualary "interesting" in it, but here it is:

“Our city utterly condemns the hideous individuals who attempt to use terror to harm us and destroy our way of life," Khan said.

" As London has proven again and again, we will never be intimidated or defeated by terrorism.

“I am in close contact with the Metropolitan Police, Transport for London, government and other emergency services who are responding at the scene and leading the investigation. I will be attending the emergency Cobra meeting in Whitehall this afternoon with the Prime Minister."

The mayor added: “My sincere gratitude goes to all our courageous emergency responders and the TfL staff who were first on the scene.

“I urge all Londoners to remain calm and vigilant, and to check TfL’s website for travel advice.”
Jno, glad Jr is ok and that however terrifying for those involved the physical injuries at least aren't life threatening.

I wish them well on recovering overall in the longer term.

Early reports of stampeding and trampling underfoot often come in from confused sources,it seems to have been handled as well as it could.
'Frightened people, I understand. What I don't get is what those statements suggest was the attitude of "make yourself safe" (reasonable) while ignoring the plight of those around you & possibly adding further injuries (unreasonable)'

I think the attitude of 'make yourself safe' doesn't seem to extend to fellow human beings which is such a shame.
However, I have absolutely no idea how I would react in a similar situation.

Do hope that there will be no fatalities from this.
Thanks jno. Just heard him make it. A better responce than it is nyst somethinv we have to accept.

Holefully we will get some cctv unless the Police know them from it and get whoever responsible caught.
Could it be a trade union attempt to bring down the government? Brighton is not that far from London.
in terms of responsibility, I think the only thing we can say for sure is that the perpetrator isn't bobtheturkey. his buckets were, if I recall correctly, orange.

(ie best not follow Prezz Trump in the speculation stakes)
Did someone mention Trump, it would seem that he knows some answers:

I wonder if he ever stops to consider (in his rush to let everyone know that he knows this stuff first) that his comments may be singularly unhelpful to A. N. Other Nations security and operations?
And Mr Smow cannot understand why I don't like him working in London, and getting the train and tube every day . It's happening too often : (
May has invited Trump to zip his lip

One of those occasional times I agree with her.
