Yes, I watched it and I was there in 1963. Wonderful.
If you thought that was bad you should have seen the 1947 winter.

I didn't see the film, but left London (Chelsea) for Paris which changed my life
I remember watching cars driving on the Norfolk Broads. I didn't dare try it myself, it was Mum's car I was driving.

It was fascinating wasn't it? A tad before my time, so it was all new to me.

I remember it well. Aged 11, just started secondary school struggling with the deep snow. Had to walk 2 miles to school and back. No central heating, just the coal fire.
Downloaded for tomorrow
I vaguely remember it. I remember the snow being very deep, reaching up to windows in front of house, about 3-4 ft. I was 8 years old at the time.
