Just hearing on the BBC that the remaining 2 vermin will shortly be flown to the US to face trial.
No link on BBC website yet so this will have to suffice for now:

Best news I’ve heard all year, sincerely hoping they undergo ‘tactical baptism’ at the very least....

currently a tv program

the troof of course is less clear cut - the hostages were all collected - the French and Italians paid ransoms and basically condemned the non payers ( English and Americans) to death

some of the dialog is pure AB
why you call dem Beatles?
because they beat us for chrissakes

Mohd Emwazi was complained about - even by his own lot - 'whenever he was present there was some brutality was going on'

The Beatles have agreed to 'murican justice
as the local trials were being shortened to :
sort of
are you Mohd Emwazi -
yes
take him out and shoot him

but that of course does not mean that it is any better elsewhere

I am unsure about the transfer of secret data/recordings as a lot of it you cant rely on.
(see arena inquiry - - it is so secret ( in this case intell about the bomber) that it will endanger national security whereas it turns out that it is so secret that no one can know because it is an incompetent cack up)

and as for SHamima Begum
she wants to come back and practise her religion living off your taxes chilldo !

As ever, I find roughly 80% of your posts to be unintelligible gobbledygook.

Hope springs eternal that that figure will improve, though I’ll not cradle my expiratory volume......
chill, as soon as I see PP I skip the whole thing. I've started reporting every post I see, hopefully the ED will sort it out.
oh - chilldo
there are these very bad men
and one is called Mohd Emwazi
and they killed a lot of people
and the Iraqis said - we want to kill the bad men"
and the Americans said - no we want to
and the americans won
the end

sorry sorry I thought you knew....
he cant skip something and notice it at the same time
OK he can only do it on AB

I am not sure that transfer to the americans is lawful and just
along with a few other things
Back to the OP (hopefully). I'm sure the US will deal with these vermin as they deserve to be treated, and thank goodness for that. We'd be too mamby pamby here!
Longish piece Beeb tonight 1900

their defence is that - they knew the victims but didnt kill them

"only a month ago - they were in a limbo in danger of being turned over to an Iraqi court for summary justice" - so if you cant understand that - Blame the Beeb
//why you call dem Beatles?//

Simply because there was four of them and the came from the UK.
I agree with Margie - we are too soft. I sincerely hope the Americans give them what they deserve.
Are these the ones whose extradition to the US was approved on condition that they would not receive the death penalty? Should have handed them over to the Iraqis.
I think that Karma and these two will meet head on.

Should have handed them over to the Iraqis.
____________
I’m just gutted that the Kurds didn’t drill them the second they captured them, not as if there’d have been any silly inquiries or investigations.
It's good that they're going to America.
here is another post to skip:
Times headline
Isis 'Beatles; flown to US for trial over hostage deaths

(US hostages - Alan Henning isnt in the indictment)

and yes to Jackdaw, intel was handed over by the Brits ( lots of it) on condition they didnt seek the death penalty

Further headline - "legal fight left case in limbo"
Lots and lots of material transferred - including witness statements

not sworn or tested in cross examination and er no witnesses
so they cant be used .....

presumably the lawyers will make this run and run
hand over to the Iraqis (see above)
well in my deleted post I explained that the iraqi trial had telescoped down to:

are you the beatle john
yes
take him out and shoot him

so instead of deleting my posts - why not read them? The Beatles themselves who are nearer the action ( firing squad) chose to accept extradition

as for the Kurds - they are planning to let out all the women and put them on buses oudda Kurdistan - Times yesterday

and as for just shooting them
er didnt Sgt Blackmore do just that - but on video?

Just thoughts- if they are too shocking for the av AB - press delete
and we will set out minds to whether microsoft is racist and other more impt issues
Question Author
so instead of deleting my posts - why not read them?

......and therein lies the entire problem.....

If you posted in general English and used proper sentencing structure we probably would, but the longer you use this ‘gotta tork loyk sum Dick van Dyke mockney, innit’ aka PeteSpeak, we’ll continue to avoid any sort of interaction with you.
I’ve asked you politely in the past to address this issue and desist from posting on any of my threads until you do but it’s fallen on deaf ears, sadly.
Ho-hum.......
Well, as unpalatable as it may seem, we should wait in the trial as they claim not to be guilty.

However if they are the other members from this group then I hope they rot in a Supermax. At least the Americans, well most of them, seem to know how to run a prison. I just fear that if the Metropolitan liberal elite get in they will let them out.
The fact that the prosecution will not seek the death penalty does not prevent a judge from imposing it if appropriate.
// Well, as unpalatable as it may seem, we should wait in the trial as they claim not to be guilty.//

no -- that rule comes from prejudicing the case
there is no possibility of that here
and incredibly from memory - their lordships have ruled that twitter didnt count

so we can let rip
// we’ll continue to avoid any sort of interaction with you.//

er I'm sorry you are interacting with me.....
as someone said - heigh ho this is AB in full flow

and anyway the past master of Dick van Doyck mockney is no less than TTT - er - Now my dears about the Beatles - - -

the British govt agreed in the curtis cocky warren case (*)
that transcripts and translations of the Nederlands telephone calls would NOT be used if they supplied them. And they were.
Convicted and then acquitted on appeal. The use against agreement of the data was fatal to Justice. Please dont delete this just say you dont understand a word
. Others do
(*) who he den?
