Has anyone watched this tonight, with David Tennant on channel 4? If so, what did you think?

I do not think that the doctor (father of the kids) is to blame, BUT, maybe it is a red herring, keep me guessing until next episode, enjoying it so far.
So sloooow, and yet another drama that relies on ruddy flashbacks. Didn't know if I'd stay with it, but I did and not sure if I'm interested enough to return. For some reason, David Tennant really gets on my nerves these days - he even gets an 'executive producer' credit on this.
forgot it was on. Hopefully it'll be on somewhere.
Do C4 have a catch-up type thing?

Was filmed near me so will probably be playing spot the outside locations :-)
Question Author
Yes, Albs, you can watch it on ch4 catch up after each episode has been shown. That should be interesting, filming it by where you live...
Enjoyed it - if enjoyed is the right word given the subject matter. Not everyone is who they appear to be - plenty of skeletons rattling around. Definitely watch next week's episode.
Question Author
It all seems to be pointing to one person at the moment. We'll see....
I was getting mixed up with who is who and with the flashbacks as well it does spoil it somehow. Will watch again and hope all becomes clearer.
thanks Patsy about the catch-up xx

I did watch it, got a bit confused. I will probably persevere with it.
I love David Tennant, well "love" maybe a bit strong, but I also got confused as to who is married to whom , and who's children belong to whom. Maybe I will do the same and re -watch it on catch-up one lazy afternoon before next Friday.
I'm wondering why the group of friends immediately assume it was murder ? House fires happen don't they? Or am I missing something.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, didn’t find it confusing at all.
Rosie, they were all drugged and one of the bedroom doors was padlocked.
Thanks Ken but I didn't realise that knowledge was in the public domain when the friends were talking about it. As others have said the sequence of events wasn't always clear.
Thought it was good and will carry on watching.
Question Author
It's usually good drama when David Tennant is in it..
Agree with brainiac- why can't the story just progress rationally- lets start in the middle, then a bit from the start or end- I shouldn't have to work this hard to follow it- will not be watching rest of it.
I'm not sure what the character names are. I don't think that it gave us enough info on that subject.
I really enjoyed it, and followed it quite easily. I don't think it can be DT as he was drugged too, but it does point to his wife as she was filmed buying the padlock. Although....what about the scene when DT and the best friend's wife (Cush Jumbo) had a bit of a 'do' against a door!!!!
Question Author
Hellywelly. He could have told wife to buy padlock for something, knowing she'd be on security camera?
