i am after some advice .....my daughter was standing in a bus shelter when a stolen car lost control and collided with my daughter and the bus shelter
my daughter was injured
i was wondering what should i do about claiming and who do i claim off

I think it's still the Criminal Injuries compensation board but I could be wrong - worth taking advice off a solicitor
The Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme is intended for victims of violent crime. This means that you would be eligible to claim through CICA for an injury caused because a person deliberately intended to run you down with a car but not because of an accident.

As the car was stolen the driver will not be insured, so you claim from MIB.
