And where, exactly, will the money come from?

that was lost to fraud by the Conservative party during the Covid crisis.

by one  particular member who has turned out  to be a notorious liar...

Great, I'd support that if it's genuine.

Peter 11,49 Do you mean. Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Pinocchio Johnson.

Without asking where the money will be recouped from, Tora?

12:02, Well I'm assuming it will be self funding, there is undoubtedly fraud and if they recover even 10% of it that should be plenty to pay for the team that's doing it. I have not read the proposal in detail but I think in principle it's a good thing to be doing.

Start by putting Johnson on trial for fraud and raid his bank account and freeze the bank accounts of any his recipients .

You have all the evidence for these charges at your fingertips eh ?

That's a big assumption under a Labour Govt, Tora. They'll probably fund it through tax🙃

Where did you get that from, gulliver?  I can't find anything about it.

Sams place you got the Luton airport fire / Palestine connection, maybe🤔

10 months ago Conservative Peer Lady Mone said she was taking a leave of absence from the House of Lords with immediate effect "in order to clear her name of the allegations that have been unjustly levelled against her.

Wonder how that is going ? - She pocketed £29Million for PPE that was shoddy and never used.

Zacs, clearly there's a bit of my OP that you don't understand.  Best you read it again.

Naomi, I read the bit where you wrote 'Luton is an area of high immigration and with the situation in Israel escalating, one cannot help but wonder of it's connected'

is there something else apropos I missed?

Zacs, No, but you clearly don't understand //one cannot help but wonder ...//

Now stop stirring.  This is someone else's thread.

I too agree with this, or similar.  And I have said this before.

Time the criminals were brought to Justice.

It's certainly a clever 'vote catcher' proposal. I agree completely with trying to bring people to justice but we have a police force and a judiciary to do that. It doesn't need a special government department.
