Where can i find out history on the small Village of sandycroft in North Wales and secondly, how can i find out it's involvement, during world war 1 & 2?

You can google 'sandycroft history' which throws up some websites. Or you can contact the local history society (usually based at the nearest library) and see what information you can get from them.

I believe the local one here would be the:
FlintshireHistoricalSociety


In WW2 it was right next to RAF Hawarden so there would have been many RAF in the area. Have a look at this website under Flintshire and if you click on 'Hawarden' it will show a recent Multimap image of the airfield. You can clearly make out the WW2 'A' type airfield layout (1939) as well as its dispersals and bomb dump.
