White water rafting in North Wales

Thinking of booking a weekend of white water rafting in North Wales and was wondering if any of you have done it and what it's like, we like the tough rapids and just thought with all the rain lately the rivers should be fast flowing, is the rafting any good in Wales?

Thank you for the links, I have that information, just wondering how exciting it is? We have done it in quite a few places, but so far nowhere beats Costa Rica.
My family did Whitewater rafting at the National White Water centre near Bala. The river flow is controlled via a dam so the flow in the river shouldn't vary too much. They were novices but had a great time but can't say what someone experienced would think.
