I cant find lamb joints with its skin on. I remember the skin being crispy & tasty. Why is it removed now?
Dunno, probably some H&S carp tambo.
Did you have lamb skin or am I dresming. A shoulder was my favourite cut but I rarely find that in smkts.

Legs and shoulders usually still the sin on - gorgeous when crispy as you say.
