I've had a tailcock tonight too, a blue one.....hic!
Isn't Legolam someone important in Lord of The Rings??
It's in Denmark.
And Windsor and my spare room.
Am looking at my Larry but no, I cant knock him off
Are you aiming right?
I liked the lady who killed her horrid husband with a frozen leg of lamb, cooked it and fed it to the investigating police officers......☺

And yes.....rosemary and garlic.....x
A Blue tailcock, blimey it must be 1967 ;-)

I believe it is, Dave.

Cheers Rosemary.

Cheers Rosemary.

That was my mom's second name !!!!!
Sage.....Onion was her lover...♥
Garlic with lamb is a sin
Make a thick marinade (OK a thick gunk) of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard.

Plaster it all over the lamb and leave to soak in for a few hours.

Then roast hot for 20 mins and medium for another hour or so (depending on the weight).

The marinade will crozzle up nicely and the juices in the pan will make wonderful jus (or gravy, if you're a pleb like me).
Thank gawd for that, Dave has gone back on track.
Well just don't tell my Mum, Tambo.......she thinks I'm enough of a sinner without finding that out.......Mortal or Venial... ;-)
Why add all that gunk when all you need is salted skin on lamb
It amplifies the essential lambiness and makes great gravy, tambo
Blimey!...Hark at Heston!.....☺
