Yep. Of all foods I think shell fish are the worst for food poisoning..

And one of the tastiest when done right!

But yes, there is a very high chance of slightly off prawns making a person sick.

My worst food poisoning ever was prawns. Had to get an emergency doctor out in the night to me.
