Depends on the temp of your room. If ordinary room temp, I would say not long - once it is cooled, it ought to go in fridge. 4 hours tops.

It's cooked, sealed, if it looks ok, still appetising, I'd not worry about it. Break it apart, look & sniff it if you like.
