Will be sausage baguettes and a bottle of fizz..the fizz ๐Ÿพis to celebrate seeing the last of the tradespeople today, who we've had through our door, on and off since last September. The sausage baguettes ๐ŸŒญare because we didn't have them the other day as planned.

I used more garlic in the marinade and watercress rather than parsley, putting the fillets on it. Those peppers, from Waitrose, are rather good!

I want Gingebee's salted caramel cheesecake! I fancy something sweet..

My marinading time was more like 90 minutes too and the fillets pre-cook in the lemon juice....

Is it strange that I can only eat hot prawns if they are in garlic butter, I can't abide hot prawns and will only eat them cold

Helen, I can only eat cold tuna, put it in a pasta bake or on a pizza and it just turns my stomach.

My husband did sliced duckbreast in noodles with a satay sauce. It was very tasty, just not sure if the satay spoiled the finesse of the duck.
