Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me why we eat Christmas dinner-more R.E. homework. Thanks

I would imagine if this is a R. E. question that it is a reference to The Holy Family hence christmas is looked upon as a family gathering, so a meal is a time of sharing, like the disciples shared a meal with jesus, and this pattern has continued, and christmas is a celebration of saviours birth, and people have a meal for a celebration. If this is any help ? is the question linked to any other ?


If we had it any other day it's just be "dinner" (bar any other "branded" dinners!). And we wouldn't be eating it 3 days later in butties.
