Dogs Or Cats?

I like both but if you had to choose which do you prefer, cats or dogs?

Was brought up with both, but I would choose cats.

Cats. I`ve never had a dog but I used to 'adopt' other peoples' dogs when I was young (usually some farmer's Collie) and we went everywhere together. These days, I couldn`t take a dog for a walk because I couldn`t bring myself to pick up their mess and put it in a plastic bag. That would turn my stomach.

For years I would have said cats but since I have had the pleasure of Willey's presence....most definitely dogs. He has given me such loyalty and love in the last 12 years, I wouldn't swop him for the world.

They are very different animals.

I would like, health permitting, another dog.

Meanwhile there are two furry monsters trashing my lounge. It's like living with two demanding toddlers.

My vote would be cats - they are unpredictable and fascinating.

..looks at the 1 dog taking up all of our bed, looks at the x3 cats sleeping in their own beds.... hmmm.

Seriously though, I couldn't be without either in the house, they all keep us busy and content.
