Just been getting tea ready and wondered, do I really need to peel those big black field mushrooms? I always do. Is it strictly necessary?

Daisy, I use balsamic vinegar. Same sort of thing I suppose.

Just adds some oomph.
Lemon juice at the front of the cupboard, (in daily use), balsamic vinegar somewhere in the back of said cupboard. No contest.

Daisy, one acid is very like another. I get through balsamic very quickly. Tend to use lemon juice for cleaning things.
