Lucked out to cookery classes, baking (didn't join in time) and until this morning somebody from the college told me there is a vacancy for sugar decorating. Shall I go - is it good. BTW all classes are separate.

I may not know much about it but sugar decorating seems more of a decorating art form than a cooking one to me though.
