Hey all!

We are going through a stir fry phase at the minute - figure it must be quite good for losing weight but we are wondering if we are missing out on any important food groups?

So far this week we have had it with beef, pork and tonight chicken :-)

Thanks!

Turkey is really low in fat and also prawns are good in stir-frys
a lot of stir fry sauces are high in salt. Noodles are high in fat
Try some fish or even try it with no meat at all
If you want to do a no meat version, replace it with butter beans and button mushrooms. Also try serving it with brown rice rather than noodles for a change.

But I doubt you'll be missing out on anything, its a healthy dish for a main meal. Plenty of protein, vegetables and a little bit of fat all sounds pretty good to me.
