Hi all,

I have a fancy dress wedding to go in a few weeks, and I was hoping for some suggestions....we have to go as something beginning with the bride & groom's names - J or V.

I was thinking Viking, but that could be very hot (end of july, near Paris).

Any thoughts? The funnier the better, really.

Good grief they couldn't have chosed more difficult initials could they??? How about Jobsworth and Volcanoe....the Jobsworth could just be a clipboard (and an official type flat cap if you can find one. Volcano....buy a cheap hat and customise it..... enjoy.

I can go as a V or a J.
My wife can't go, so I'm going solo but know lots of the other guests obviously.
It's near Paris, end of July, so I don't want to be too hot since I'll be in the costume from the midday wedding well into the small hours of the following day.
Some interesting ideas so far, but I just know there's a cracker out there somewhere....

Well how about The Joker from Batman?
Vincent Vega from Pulp Fiction? Would be quite easy :)
I would also say that Jigsaw from Saw would be quite easy but maybe not for a wedding! haha :) What about Van Gogh since it's near Paris? Just wrap a bandage round your head lol
