Someone my say it’s no difference and I would get use to it but I actually like having weekly it’s easy to budget in my opinion.

Yes as long as they give notice.. Some good employers offer some sort of support such as an interst free loan of a few weeks pay to paid back over a year, or they may pay mid month.
As bills are often monthly there are some benifits but it does seem un fair to have to wait 2 weeks on average, sometimes 4 weeks from working to been paid
What bobbinwales said. Happened to me this year after 10 years being paid weekly.
yes they can, normally they do it in stages so you don't have a sudden wait for a month with no dosh. Surely all your bills are monthly now??

They are it’s just what your use too
yes they can and a temporary cash flow problem is common
Yes, they can. Happened to me some years back. Boss announced that from the 1st of month, everyone would be paid monthly, but you could draw up to 75% of your weekly wage for the first 4 weeks, then 50% for the next few weeks, slowly aiming for folk not to be dependant on their subs whilst they were getting bills paid etc.
Yes, your employer employs and pays you so it can do what it needs to do . I have been paid monthly for years and there is nothing to worry about, it is easy to plan the months finances.
